Cuando vayamos a un sitio con encanto, divertido o simplemente que nos sorprenda y estemos agustico lo postearemos para recomendarlo.

Porque vale la pena promocionar el talento en esta ciudad, donde cada vez hay menos oportunidades y más valientes. Y punto pelota.

Empezamos con la boutique pastelería y panadería Dulce de Leche.

En pleno barrio de Ruzafa y recientemente abierta, tiene todas las papeletas para convertirse en un referente. En un local sencillo, moderno y con buen gusto nos proponen degustar repostería casera, panes horneados en el día y un brunch mañanero variado y atrevido.

Tiene pequeños detalles que me encantan, cositas pensadas con ingenio que dan un toque de calidad a su oferta: café ecológico, ingredientes naturales, recetas caseras, azúcar moreno para endulzar tés e infusiones sabrosas... y un interior decorado con pocos elementos, pero muy bien escogidos.

Esperamos que les vaya bien y que proliferen propuestas individuales como ésta. Nosotros seguro que volvemos a zamparnos algún dulce.

From now on, when we go to a place like or surprise us, we'll try to dedicate a post to it. Simply because it's worth its while promoting the talent of people from this city where there are fewer and fewer opportunities, but still very brave people. Simply because of that!

We start off with the Dulce de Leche bakery boutique, a newcomer to the Ruzafa's quarter in the city of Valencia.It has every chance of becoming a reference spot. It is a simple, modern and wonderfull project that we absolutely enjoyed.

It offers homemade pastries, freshly baked bread and a daring morning brunch.

It is also full of small details that I consider essential a give a delightfull quality touch to their offering: organic coffee, natural ingredients, homemade recipes, brown sugar, tasty teas ... the interior is decorated with few elements, but very well chosen.
