The winter is coming and with it the cold and silence, the creaking of the fallen branches and the whistling wind in the lonely trees. Following its instincts, a white fox finds shelter against the reigning snow of the forthcoming months. The fox is unafraid, it senses the cycle of the seasons. It's just a matter of waiting patiently for the arrival of spring, and with it, the light.

Some friends of Miguel invited us to a weekend in a small town. The truth is I wasn't quite sure where we were going. I preferred to wait to see it with my own eyes. It was such a surprise when I discovered that it was located in the Serrania de Cuenca, one of my favorite places in Spain. I've talked about this place before in another occasion. This is where the home of my dreams is, and it hosts some of the most well-preserved natural reserves in the Peninsula's center. During these days we visited the Source of River Cuervo and La Chorrera (a wonderful waterfall). We made a delicious barbecue under the stars and we laughed a lot.

Thank you very much for these days. We had the chance to leave the concrete walls and replace it for woods, mountains and silence.
