¿Por qué estoy siempre tan cansado?
La pesadez que sentís se debe a que habéis acumulado tantas aparentes exigencias y obligaciones que las habéis metido en maletas, baúles, bolsas y mochilas. Cargáis con estos símbolos invisibles de esclavitud. Camináis a diario cumpliendo las expectativas que vosotros mismos habéis asumido. Aunque os sintáis víctimas de la pesada carga de vuestra historia, yo os aseguro que no es así. No sois víctimas de nada, salvo quizá de vuestra reticencia a ir más allá de lo familiar.

Why am I always so tired?
The heaviness that you feel is because you have accumulated so many apparent demands and obligations and stuck them into suitcases, trunks, bags and backpacks. You carry these symbols of invisible slavery. You walk every day to meet the expectations that you have assumed for yourself. Although you feel victim of the heavy burden of your story, I assure you that it is not true. You are not a victim of anything except of your reluctance to go beyond what is familiar to you.
