Nuevos broches de madera

 

Hoy hemos empezado a cortar y lijar los broches que llevaremos a La Fireta. Vamos a hacer zorritos saltando, zorritos enroscados y pajaritos de mil colores. Pero además estamos probando con nuevas formas: nubes y colgantes con caritas de animales.

Elegimos materias primas como el papel o la madera porque nos gustan sus características. Utilizamos siempre madera para hacer nuestros broches: es suave, elegante, ligera y versátil, además de tener un acabado própio que no ofrecen otros materiales.

Conforme vayamos progresando en la elaboración os iremos mostrando el resultado.

Today we started cutting and polishing the new pins that we will bring to La Fireta. We're doing running foxes and birds of a thousand colors. We are also doing some new ones including clouds and necklaces with animal faces.

We selected raw materials such as paper or wood because we like their properties. For the pins and necklaces we always use wood: it's smooth, lightweighted and versatile. Moreover, it has a distinct finish that other materials can't offer.

We will be showing the results along with the evolution of our creation process.
